Users must ensure that any data uploaded to PPIL platforms is accurate and that they have the legal right to process such data. Unauthorized use or attempts to compromise the security of our data lakes will result in immediate termination of service.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary algorithms, AI models (including PPIL Cortex), and industrial digital twins are the intellectual property of PPIL or its licensors.
4. Limitation of Liability
While PPIL strives for 100% precision, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from industrial downtime or data anomalies beyond our reasonable control.
Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (DPA) defines the roles and responsibilities of PPIL as a data processor for our clients (the data controllers).
1. Scope of Processing
PPIL processes data only upon the documented instructions of the client, primarily for infrastructure health monitoring and revenue assurance.
2. Technical and Organizational Measures
We maintain rigorous security measures, including end-to-end encryption, regular penetration testing, and background checks for all personnel within our Expert Mobilization Network.
3. Sub-processors
PPIL only engages sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers) that meet the strict requirements of GDPR and NDPR.
4. Breach Notification
In the event of a data breach, PPIL will notify the client without undue delay and provide all necessary information for regulatory reporting.
